Ability Mechanics
1. Charging System
Fire Charged Fireball and Flux Beam use a time-based charging mechanic.
- Start Charging: Right-click to start (0% → 100% over 15s).
- Fire: Right-click AGAIN to fire at current charge.
- Auto-Fire: Automatically releases at 100% charge (+1s grace period).
- Visuals: Particles increase in intensity as charge builds. Action bar shows percentage.
- Note: Charging is CANCELLED immediately if you die.
2. Targeting System
Most abilities use advanced Raycast Targeting technology.
- Range: 20-30 blocks depending on the ability.
- Targets: Any living entity (Mobs + Players).
- Protection: Automatically respects the Trusted Players list (friendly fire protection).
3. Trusted Players
Prevent accidental damage to teammates. Trusted players are immune to Flux Beam, Ground, Campfire, and Bloodthorns.
/bliss trust <player>
/bliss untrust <player>
/bliss trustedlist
(You are always trusted by yourself).
4. Death Mechanics
Death is a hard reset. All active states are wiped instantly:
- Fireball/Flux Charge: Cancelled.
- Astra Projection: Ends immediately.
- Circle of Life: Despawns.
